Mr. Teltschik most recently was a Principal at The Carlyle Group working in the Carlyle Energy Mezzanine Opportunities Group from 2011 through 2016.  He was primarily responsible for sourcing, reviewing and structuring upstream investments in the $25-$250 million range.  During his tenure there, he utilized his large industry network to originate more than 500 upstream E&P deals.  He was formerly Vice President at Imperial Capital, a middle-market focused Energy Investment Banking Group where he focused on financing, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring assignments for upstream and oil service companies.  Prior to his tenure at the bank, he was Vice President and a founding member of Petrobridge Investment Management, an energy fund specializing in upstream oil & gas mezzanine investments.  As one of only five employees, he was responsible for several roles including client origination, deal structuring, leading due diligence activities, and managing day to day relationships with each portfolio client.  Prior to the energy fund’s inception in 2003, he worked in Royal Dutch Shell’s Producer Finance Group which focused on upstream oil and gas mezzanine financings.  At Shell, his team successfully closed and managed a portfolio in excess of $500 million.  He has also held previous finance positions at El Paso Energy and Fidelity Investments.  He received a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Sikora most recently served as a Principal with The Carlyle Group in the Energy Mezzanine Opportunities Group from 2013 through 2016.  Based in Houston, Mr. Sikora’s responsibilities consisted of business development and origination of debt and equity investment opportunities in the upstream and midstream sectors, investment structuring, valuation, execution of legal documentation, due diligence, and ongoing portfolio management.  Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Sikora spent five and a half years as an Assistant Vice President with TCW/EIG Global Energy Partners in their Houston office.  As a member of the EIG investment team, Mr. Sikora focused on mezzanine debt and equity investments made across the energy value chain in the upstream, midstream, mining, and power sectors.  During his tenure at TCW/EIG, Mr. Sikora was involved in 17 financings totaling over $4.5 billion.  His responsibilities included valuation, investment structuring, due diligence, and portfolio management.  Prior to TCW/EIG, he was a Senior Analyst for NGPC Capital Resources and worked as a member of their investment team focused on mezzanine facilities provided to the energy industry.  Mr. Sikora holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Prior to joining Cibolo Energy, Mr. Gomez served in various leadership roles with large to mid-sized upstream oil and gas, investment management, and power generation companies.  Most notably, Mr. Gomez served as the Chief Accounting Officer for Alpine Energy Capital, an investment management firm sponsored by EGI and Colony Capital offering specialized investment opportunities in the upstream oil and gas industry.  During his tenure with these companies, Mr. Gomez was directly involved with capital raising, asset acquisitions, and SEC compliance.  Mr. Gomez began his career at PwC Houston where he spent eight years in the audit practice specializing in upstream oil and gas and commodities trading.  Mr. Gomez is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BBA in Accounting and is a Texas Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Martin joined Cibolo Energy in July 2017.  Prior to joining Cibolo, he served as a Consultant to the Raymond James and Associates Energy Group as Senior Technical Advisor working with their acquisitions and divestment team.  Prior to Raymond James, he was engaged in various positions by Castleton Commodities, Inc., Guggenheim Partners, LLC., Constellation Energy, Enron Upstream Finance, Scotia Waterous and others.  In these positions, he has evaluated and managed numerous projects ranging in size from $40MM to $250MM.  He began his professional career with Conoco and has over 35 years of experience in A&D activities, reservoir engineering, upstream operations and asset management.  Mr. Martin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and completed the Rice University Executive MBA program.

Mr. Wilkirson joined Cibolo Energy Partners in 2017.  Prior to joining Cibolo, he was an Analyst in the Oil and Gas Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse.  While at Credit Suisse, he worked on capital markets and M&A transactions across the oil & gas sector.  He is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a B.B.A degree in Finance and a minor in Energy.

Mr. Soper joined Cibolo Energy Partners in 2018.  Prior to joining Cibolo, he was an Analyst in the Energy A&D Advisory Group at BMO Capital Markets.  While at BMO, he worked on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic advisory transactions across the upstream oil & gas sector.  Prior to BMO, Marshall began his career at Ernst & Young in Assurance Services where he focused on clients in the E&P sector.  He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Masters in Accountancy and a B.B.A. in Finance.

Mrs. Hafemann joined Cibolo Energy Partners in 2018.  Prior to joining Cibolo, Mrs. Hafemann was most recently a Petroleum Analyst at Netherland, Sewell & Associates.  Previously, she was a Reservoir Economics Supervisor at Deep Gulf Energy and began her career in energy at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors.  Mrs. Hafemann also has 7 years of previous experience in the financial services sector.  Mrs. Hafemann holds Bachelor of Science degrees in International Business and Computer Science with minors in French and German.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Carroll University in Wisconsin.

Ms. Ressling joined Cibolo Energy Partners in 2022.  Prior to joining Cibolo, Ms. Ressling was most recently Office Manager at Navigation Petroleum, LLC.  Previously, she was HSE Training Manager at Wild Well Control, Inc., Sr. Documents Control Specialist at Parker Drilling Company, and Marketing Analyst at Samsung Heavy Industries.  Ms. Ressling holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies-Marketing & Public Relations from the University of Texas at Dallas.
